How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you need to delete your ArtStar account, please follow the instructions below based on your account type.

For Creator Accounts

If you have a creator account (web portal), you can delete your account by following these steps:

Navigate to **Settings**

Go to **Account & Security**

Scroll down to the **Danger Zone** section

Click on "Delete Account Permanently"

Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the deletion

Important: Deleting your creator account will permanently remove:

All your uploaded content

Your subscriber list and relationships

All messages and conversations

Your analytics and revenue history

Your creator profile and settings

This action cannot be undone.

If you have a reader account (mobile app), you can delete your account through the mobile app:

Open the ArtStar mobile app

Go to your **Profile**

Tap on **Profile and Security**

Scroll down to the **Danger Zone** section

Tap on "Delete Account"

Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the deletion

Important: Deleting your reader account will permanently remove:

Your subscription history

Your bookmarks and favorites

All messages with creators

Your profile and preferences

This action cannot be undone.

Before proceeding with account deletion, please consider:

**Canceling subscriptions first:** Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions to avoid unexpected charges

**Downloading your data:** If you want to keep any of your content or data, download it before deletion
